Sales Policy and Warranty
WAP inc. warrants to buyers that each used parts sold is protected from defects in material when properly installed by a professional mechanic and under normal use and service for the period of the time and mileage, only parts, no labor to the terms and conditions as following:

Used Engines:
-Used engines. Up to six months or 5000 miles (unless stated otherwise) on the internal parts only from the date of purchase.
No warranty is covered on any attached accessories and parts such as manifolds, water pump, thermostat, clutch, flywheel, timing related components, and all seals etc.
-All motors sold undressed.
-One Year or 10000 miles warranty is available for most engines and transmissions. Please ask your sales person for more details.

Used Transmissions:
-Up to six months (unless stated otherwise) from the date of purchase on internal parts only. Electrical switches, wiring system, shifting linkage, the attached accessories, sensors, and torque converter are not guaranteed.
-All parts sold by WAP, Inc. carry Six-Month Money Back Guarantee, unless sold as is.
-WAP inc. has an option to exchange the defective unit only once.

Note: 
-In case of any malfunction STOP! Do not drive, please call for instructions, removing or dismantling prior to approval voids the warranty. 
-Warrantied parts must be installed by a business in accordance with OEM guidelines inclusive of all programming and scanning. No labor coverage for DIY installers.

Customer’s Obligations:

All warranty are only valid on engines when as followed:
-Customer must check and do whatever is necessary before installation ,rod out radiator, change new water hoses, water pump, spark plugs, thermostat, ,oil filter, oil, oil pump, timing belt, tensioner, and all seals and gaskets.
-Due to the variations and design on some models and version engines, customers maybe required to make necessary changes over some parts such as change the intake manifold, exhaust manifold oil pan and the oil pick up tube, dipstick, flywheel, clutch, assembly, distributor and smog devices etc.
-All belt-driving engines are required to be installed new timing belt and set on the right timing before installation is done. See limitation.
-Check and adjust valve clearance and tune up if need .
-Customer is responsible to verify parts for fitness, proper size and application prior to installation. We assume no liability for parts incorrectly installed as the result of errors in ordering, packing and shipping.

Limitations:
This warranty shall not apply to or include any of the following:                                                                                                     -Warranty offered only for replacement.                                                                                                                                         -All items shall be installed within 48 hours of purchased.                                                                                                             -Accepted return, must ship back within 30 days of purchased date.                                                                                             -Repair or replacement as a result of any accident, misuse, collision, upset, fire, negligence, alteration, racing events, improper installation or repair.                                                                                                                                                         -Labor cost, downtime, towing charges, freight charges, rental and comprehensive insurance claims etc.                                   -Oil leaks, blown head gasket and overheating due to poor cooling system. Basted block or broken                                             -Bent Valves lock up or back fire due to broken timing belt or wrong timing set. New timing must be installed on all belt-Driving engines before installation.                                                                                                                                                 -Internal damages caused by dropping obstacles into combustion chambers.

Important:
-A silver-nickel-like heat tab is installed on the block of every engine we sell. If the tab is removed or the center is melted (around 255 F) warranty will be voided. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the location of the heat tab and make sure it does not fall off during installation. Call us for details.
-Vehicle with disconnected or non-operative odometer will be considered for the usage 1500 miles per month.
-25% restocking fee on accepted returns. All parts “sold as is”; not to be returned.
-No refund for special orders ,No refund for deposit, deposit held up to 5 day period.
-WAP inc. is not responsible for the cost of installation or removal of engine, transmissions or other parts for any incidental or consequential damage or loss.

Shipping:
WAP ships to US commercial and residential addresses nationwide. Please contact us for worldwide shipping.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or PO Box addresses is available for select parts only. Please contact us for details and shipping rates.
For Small items Free Ship may some little extra charge for Western States, ship with UPS ,USPS Fedex with live tracking information. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your part ships. Please allow 1-5 business days for your part to arrive.
Free ship via freight shipping the delivery address must be a verifiable commercial address with the ability to unload a pallet. Carrier Terminal pickup available please provide your address to locate nearest terminal.
Free Freight ship Delivery to non-commercial addresses may be arranged for an additional fee $150 to be billed separately.
For Big Items Free Freight ship to US all these continental states, will have $100 surcharges to be billed separately:(ND,SD,NE,KS,OK,MN,IA,MO,AR,LA)
For Big Items Free Freight ship to US all these continental states,will have $150 surcharges to be billed separately:(WA,OR,CA,NV,ID,UTAZ,MT,WY,CO,NM,TX)
Please allow for Freight ship to US up to 10 days for delivery. Most areas in the US are within 5 days.
Local Pick-up at our facilities is available. Please contact us prior to your purchase to arrange local pick-up. Buyer must pid prior to local pick-up.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance
-Loading and unloading on our premises is done for customer’s courtesy. We assume no responsibility for any loss or damage to customer’s vehicles.

A core charge is sometimes applied to rebuildable parts such as engines ,transmissions or … that can be %100 refundable after we get the item back (some item priced include the core charge)please contact us when core ready for free pickup,. If the part you are purchasing has a core charge applied, it will be noted in the description.

Parts Condition:
Used Parts Sold by WAP Inc- Very Good Used Condition, light evidence of exterior wear (dirt, debris, faint scratches, etc.) from regular usage but is in good working condition. All used parts have been fully tested excluding some circumstances and securely most stored in our indoor warehouse. This product is covered by our standard Six-Month Money Back Guarantee (unless stated otherwise) Buy with confidence and save money.

Towing:
-Towing charge $50 first mile or part thereof and $10 each additional miles round trip.
(Check towing charge after 5pm-8am and holidays, weekend)
-Charge for an unusual tow such as winching or any kind of preparation for tow.
-Charge for cleaning, Etc.
-Charge for storage $100-$125 per 24 hours day
-This company assumes no responsibility for personal belongings inside the car.
-It is understood no responsibility for damage in unusual towing such as winching.
-For emergency towing cars 24/7, State Trooper, Sheriff and Police Department, Officer to fill out the towing form or print out any recommendation of release or in case hold for further investigation.
-Owner of the vehicle must provide his/her ID and proof of ownership at the time of release.
